Justin arrived promptly at 7am (appt. was 7-9am). Our AC went out last night, so I was happy he was early. He came in, I told him the situation and he seemed to know immediately that it was a shorted wire. He did the appropriate checks and confirmed that was the case. Repair was completed quickly. A job well done!
